School Programmes

We currently run 6 programmes for schools;

  1. Restore - Aimed at young people to build and strengthen mental well-being that has suffered during the Pandemic and we restore their well-being through fitness and activities. 
  2. Elevate - This programme is for young people to raise confidence and self-esteem through fitness and wellbeing activities. 
  3. Thrive - Is a programme for young people that are struggling with obesity - Through fitness, well-being and nutritional activities we support them and help them build a new lifestyle plan to support future health & development. 
  4. Boxing Fitness - This is aimed at Children that need more focussed activities that help them manage their emotions positively. 
  5. Mindfulness Fitness - These are activities that require your full focus, therefore allowing no distractions e.g. Dodgeball, Boxing, Jetball etc... That require speed, agility, reaction time, coordination... Keeping the participant fully focussed for the whole session.
  6. Yoga - This activity supports the body and makes you feel better. Practicing the postures, breathing exercises and meditation makes you healthier in body, mind and spirit.

These programmes are suitable for: Year 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 & 13 and designed for groups of 10 to 12 Students and can be fast tracked daily or weekly and each session is an hour. Each hour has a theme, a wellbeing activity/discussion and a physical exercise session based around the theme.
